If this is your first fob as a manager you will most likely have a lot of questions and doubts about how to fill out the new role. Talking to an experienced manager and coach could guide you through that.

  • The Talent C sessions are based on the core a Talent Motivation tool which gives a dataset and a conversation framework to base the sessions on.
  • Conversations are individual but always with a clear and agreed purpose.
  • We are all both experienced mamangers as well as fully trained coaches.
